  Long and to the point. Party of 3. Waitress (name unknown) took our order and had to be reminded after walking around for more than 7 minutes to bring my drink (mountain dew). She did suggest that because of what we ordered that the pick 6 might be better, we took her up on that. Our food comes to the table and my wedges are hot (love that) my wings are warm to touch so I go a little further by sticking my finger in "3" to test the inside and not hot at all. I informed the waitress that I did not want them. She took them back and another lady comes to the table (manager) with the new wings. Welllllllll, WHY ON EARTH WOULD BUFFALO WILD WINGS BRING ME THE SAME WINGS I RETURNED. THEY TRIED TO DUMP ALL THIS SAUCE ON THE WINGS TO TRY AND COVER UP WHAT I DID TO THE CHICKEN BU IT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE SAME WINGS BECAUSE I STUCK MY FINGER IN '"3" WHICH OPENED THEM A LITTLE AND BEHOLD THOSE SAME "3" WINGS ARE ON THE PLATE. I POINTED IT OUT TO THE MANAGER AND SHE WAS APOLOGETIC about the situation and got me fresh wings. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT WAS SUPER UNSANITARY TO DO. I did insist that the wings stay at the table until the new ones come out because at this point because I pointed out what I did, would they still give me the same wings but change out the "3" . The waitress we had seemed a little upset or irritated during her encounter with my table from the start. After the wing situation she opted out of continuing to serve us, which was fine with us because she never came to the table to see if we needed refills or even NAPKINS. This location used to be the best in the area but at this point ALL THE RICHMOND/COUNTY locations need revamping, starting with management (not the lady at this location). Employees follow example. Staff gets more rude by the day.

  I went for the .50 cent wings Tuesdays and I got exactly what I wanted! Service wasn’t that great due to short staffing, which made them very busy and backed up. But for my wings one order was buffalo mild and my second order was honey garlic which I never had before but they were delicious!!

  Ordered online for 4:30 pick up. Didn’t receive my food until 5:10. Manager came out one time to inform the to go customers kitchen is short staffed. Didn’t offer anyone a water or drink or any remedy. While waiting hearing employees yell they don’t wanna be here and they’d rather clock out and be a cashier. At no point did any staff approach me to even find my name. I did see staff take other customers phone numbers and called them when the order was ready. Wasn’t given a refund and tired to cancel my order. The lack of communication and unprofessional employee was wild. Also watched them turn away people only to accept a party of 18.

  Horribly managed at this location. How do you have one dozen of empty tables, have a 30min wait, and cannot sit anyone at one of the 12 empty tables??? Mismanagement and incompetence of the staff. Busy Sunday for March madness and management failed to deliver.

  Deyonah was so polite and attentive! Literally nothing wrong with our orders this evening. Great bubbly personality that is hard to come by these days. Food was served in a timely matter; still hot! Drinks were perfectly balanced!
