  The service is amazing. I’ve only tried their matcha and teas and I have no complaints. Their matcha is probably one of my favorites in town. Heads up if you are working & need an outlet, you won’t find one. The ambiance is relaxing. Doesn’t feel like you’re in a mall.

  I’ve been to the one in NYC, so I was so excited to go to one local to me in Tyson’s Mall! On Saturdays, the coffee shop opens an hour before most of the other stores are open, so it wasn’t too crowded. Coffee was yummy as always!

  First time I decided to try Ralph’s coffee. Ordered a cappuccino. Made all wrong. Barista didn’t steam milk properly. Produced a latte. Wouldn’t recommend as training must be lacking.

  Not good! When a clothes shop decides to 'have a go' at running a coffee shop this is what you get. Almost all pastries sold out at 2pm. When I asked why, i was told...it's the weekend.
