  Hello. I'm sorry to bother you so late. I'm extremely angry today. I went to your supermarket to buy some things, but because I don't speak English, I didn't know how to pay. Your employee, Oliver (other employees told me his name is Oliver), stood there motionless. We called him several times, but he ignored us. Afterwards, he didn't even apologize. This employee is extremely indifferent to customers. How can there be such an irresponsible employee? We needed help in the supermarket late at night, and he treated us like this during working hours. It's heartbreaking. I've encountered him treating customers like this several times in the supermarket. Today, I can no longer tolerate it. I also want to seek justice for the strangers he treated like this before. This is my friend's receipt; I've already canceled the order. This is the worst, most heartless employee I've ever encountered. I hope you can handle this matter fairly.

Because I do not speak English well, I did not understand how to complete the payment process. We politely tried to get assistance from an employee named Oliver (other staff members told me his name is Oliver). However, he stood there without responding. We called him several times, but he ignored us. Afterward, he did not apologize or offer any assistance. As customers, especially late at night when fewer staff are available, we rely on employees for help. Being treated with indifference during working hours was very disappointing and hurtful. I have encountered similar behavior from this employee toward other customers before. Today, I felt I could no longer remain silent. I am not only speaking for myself but also for other customers who may have experienced the same treatment. I have attached my friend’s receipt (the order has already been canceled).   This store is big but very hit and miss. Their fruit and Seafood look really fresh and the store is very well stocked but the layout is kinda odd, some parts aren’t super well lit, and some areas aren’t particularly easy to navigate with a cart. It’s not the worst location I’ve been to and I likely will and have come back multiple times, it’s mostly just odd.

  Worst place to order Deli from!! I have never ordered from the deli place and this was my first time I was waiting to ask the guy at the deli but he was on the phone and just looked over at me waiting and walked away I didn't care I was just waiting for him to help me he finally came over I asked him about the boar head ham he said he would have to cut it and that they had packed meat across I told him I had to make a call to ask how we needed it cut and when I ended the call I asked him how I needed it he was like im already closed you have to get the packed meat I told him fine not to worry about it and he gave an attitude and shrugged me off so to the big dude in the deli department named Eddie thanks for making my first time a bad experience and being useless.
