I was very grateful for the birthday service we received, but the overall experience was very mid. For the amount that we paid, I would have expected our wine to be poured for us, finished plates to be cleared to make room for the entrees, and to have enough time between our appetizers, salad, and entrees so that we didn't stack dishes on top of each other. The food itself was okay, but again not for the price that we paid. The steaks were juicy but under seasoned, and the meal overall was unfortunately unremarkable. Despite this review, I am thankful for the birthday sparklers and chocolate truffles I got at the end, we just won't be coming back.

My favorite steakhouse in the DMV. The best flavored steak, hands down. Their finishing butter is immaculate. Excellent portions for the price. Beautiful ambiance.

Decent. I dine out occasionally, but I'm finding these high end experiences to be lacking. I'm no top tier chef, but I can easily match a lot of the dishes being served, and in some cases, surpass.
It's good, just don't expect fireworks.

Came for a work event. The service was great but the food was disappointing to say the least. All though this is a steakhouse, our steaks were all blue raw and was common complaint amongst the tables. Each table received two sides to share, no one ate them. We also got a basket of bread BUT only had two pieces although each table had 10 people. I probably won’t come visit for a regular dinner.

I ate at Flemmings on December 6, 2025. I made a reservation 5-6 days ahead of time. I was very disappointed at where the hostess first seated us, which was at a table right outside the kitchen. I am surprised that they have a table there at all since it is an extremely high traffic area. I asked to sit at a different table, and at first you would have thought I was speaking a different language. She stood there for a second dumbfounded. Eventually they moved us 1 table over, still in the high traffic area. This whole situation is weird because the reservation was at 6:00 pm and the restaurant wasn’t busy and we were actually a couple minutes early. I didn’t want to spend the whole night fighting about this so we sat down.
We ordered drinks. Then a few minutes later we ordered an appetizer and entrees. On their bread and butter tray was a local compound butter which was really good. We also had the burrata app which was good.
Our drinks arrived when we were finished with our appetizers, so, not great.
Steaks came out and they were both cooked perfectly, but both lacked seasoning. It would be fine to under season if you have salt on the table but there was none. We also ordered either scalloped potatoes or au gratin. This was very disappointing. Literally Betty Crocker’s is 100 times better.
The good news was that we ordered wine when making our entree selections and the red came promptly with the entrees.
Overall, for the price, this was a very disappointing experience. I doubt I’ll ever return.
