I walked in and waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes while the one person (Man with a ponytail) that was attending the counter was standing there talking on his phone. While I was standing there for that long time, he refused to acknowledge me. He even looked at me and then put his head down while continuing to talk on his phone. However, when a person of another person decides to come in with this little granddaughter, all of a sudden he was able to put down his phone quickly and come to finally ask for my order. No smile, no nothing. I wish they would do better with their customer service. I was going to order a matcha latte but I decided not to because I was so irritated. I just want one donut and get out of there as soon as possible.
