I was trying to power through it so I took more than one bite. The only manager on staff on Wednesday nov 6th at 12pm was clearly not fit to serve customers. The rest of the staff is also rude and dismissive. Many team members kept opening the bag and trying to shame me for eating it. Like I am going through all of this to get a free half of burrito is insane. I left it there because they refused to remake it. I went to chic fil a next door where the service is much better. Look at the reviews for this location, this chipotle really stinks. Also, the manager refused to give me her name to put in my email to corporate. She was very confident that refusal of service was the best route, but not confident enough to give her name? The gaul. Also, the other employees coming out to make the situation worse is the cherry on top.

Said it’s extra u have to pay which is not a problem but give me what I ordered
