  I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that it needs to be addressed. While standing at the counter trying to decide what to order, an employee began cleaning directly in front of me without saying “excuse me.” I hadn’t noticed right away since I was focused on the menu, but it’s basic courtesy to acknowledge a customer instead of expecting them to move or walking into their space. Had I not moved she would’ve continued by the way her attitude was. After placing our order, our total came to nearly $65. We handed the cashier a $100 bill and were told rather abruptly that they don’t accept $100 bills, with mention of a sign. Unfortunately, the sign was completely covered by a large box of straws, so there was no way for us to see it. I explained this politely and asked if an exception could be made, since our change would only be $35. The employee checked with a manager, who approved the exception. However, despite that approval, the cashier continued to complain about the situation in Spanish, assuming we wouldn’t understand. As a Spanish speaker, I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Everyone can have a bad day, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly or speak negatively about them in another language. I strongly suggest better training on customer service and basic respect.

  The flavor is pretty decent, but what really turned me off and resulted in the low star rating was the fact that the bread that I was given was starting to mold.....ended up throwing away the entire sandwich once I got back to my office and noticed the blue specks.

  I didn’t have much expectations especially after seeing them cook it, but it turns out it was actually pretty alright.
