I was told unless I put heat the meat in the special instructions part of check out you get it cold. The "assistant manager" was rude and just kept repeating she was told this was the way it had to done. I asked how did they expect me to heat it up with the mayonnaise and toppings on it and again she said that's what she was told and there was nothing she could do. Me and another customer that was having the same problem asked for the managers number or someone other than her to speak with and she said it is against the law to give that information out. I live close to this subway but will be driving to another in the future, it has really fell off this last couple months. Go to the Elkton instead everyone, this place is a waste of money
