Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Took 45 minutes to get my food because they gave my order to someone else. That “someone else” came in the restaurant while I was waiting and said that he was able to change his flat tire in the parking lot faster than he got his correct food order. My food was cold when I finally got. My fries were dumped into my bag. Terrible experience!

In 2025, it would be expected that an employees personal feels on ethnicity or relationship status would not be a factor on the service that they provide. Sadly, that was not the case in our situation being an interracial couple. The employee who took our order had an attitude when doing so. When our food was prepared she almost threw it at us and told us to have a great day. I returned to ask for ketchup as there is not dispenser, this same employee blatantly ignored me and began handling other tasks. The conversation she was having with another employee could have possibly been about myself and my significant other but I do not wish to assume as she was whispering and loudly exclaimed that was, "how I feel about that," not long after giving us our food. Eventually, someone else assisted me. We were sitting close enough to continue to hear her interactions with other customers. Those who were Caucasian she was pleasant to, had a nice tone and called them love, as well as asking other accommodating questions. Another gentleman came in of a different ethnicity carrying his tiny son and he too did not receive this syrup sweet kindness of Caucasian customers. It's disgusting and disturbing that a high traffic location such as this would have someone so poorly adept at treating people with equality. Through observation of her interactions, it is apparent that she has racial bias. We were unable to get her name because she did not have a name tag on however, it seemed like she could have been someone of leadership based on behavior and appearance as she had on a red shirt and black pants

Very impressed! Went on a Saturday afternoon, tables, floor and restrooms all very clean, not one fly in the whole place. Food was the best I've ever had at a McDonald's. The double quarter pounder looked like the picture! Not all sideways and smashed up.I wish I had taken a picture of the burger to post it was that good. These people are taking pride in thier service and is shows. Keep up the great work!
