  Came in on Easter Sunday the place was filthy the floor was so oily that we were all sliding all over. There was no tea in the containers all the tables were dirty! Before leaving I went to restroom and the floor was so slick from mopping with dirty oily water that I slipped a fell on my tailbone bone and hit my head on the doorframe. My husband had to come in and pick me up! When we tried to let management know the floors were unsafe to prevent someone else from falling the female manager stated “what do you want me to do go jump off a bridge!” I was hurt all I wanted was to prevent someone else from being hurt !!!! Awful place

  One worker was very polite and helpful. Tables, restrooms and floors were dirty. Each part of our order had something incorrect. Cheeseburger had no cheese, extra pickles were not added, and the 4 piece tender came out with only 3.

  Everytime I come to this specific location my fries are always cold and hard, and constantly never full. The past 5 times I have ordered fries they have been only half full, I don’t like to complain but this location really lacks. It usually takes anyone up front 8-10 minutes to ask me what I’m waiting for or even ask if I needed anything . I have no other issues with the other mcdonald’s around only this one .

  Just got the big arch meal, and wow what a disappointment! Only had one slice of white cheddar (supposed to be 3), barely any lettuce, and not a crispy onion insight. On top of that I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and they will not answer. Do not waste $14+ on the big arch meal, Horrible.
