    They kept switching door dash drivers, of which stole the pizzas. Now the credit card has to be super checked because of theft.

    Called in a pizza and breadsticks for delivery, 40 mins later get a call saying we were outside delivery zone (only 10 mins away) then we decide we will just go pick up pizza 10 mins away, get to store and they don’t know where pizza is, say they can remake in 5 mins…. Decided to just get refund and go elsewhere…. Papa John’s not a good experience

    Called to place an order for delivery. Could barely even understand what the employee that took my order was saying. Not because of an accent or anything-but because they spoke so lazy that they barley formed words. After finally getting an order put in for delivery and confirming that they delivered to my address, paid for the order and was told my order would have the order delivered within 45-i called back an hour and a half later to be told that they can't deliver to my address. No courtesy call and no effort from them to make it right. They didn't care that it was a huge inconvenience for my family. Never ordering from this location again.

    4 people working tonight 1 upfront on the phone taking orders the employees in the back don’t bother to help us standing well over 10 minutes. While our pizza is on a shelf getting cold no warms in use! Thru need to be trained to be more efficient 10-29-25 7pm
