I rarely do this, but if I could give this location 0 stars, I would. And I have eaten at this one for years with very few issues. So why the horrible rating now? Well... Because (and I gag while I type this), there was a big rat poop in my food. Rat poop. In my food. Here's how I found it:
Last night my husband and I ordered some burgers on the mobile app, and after waiting in our pick up spot for almost a half hour, my husband had fo go in and get the foo, which they had just left on the counter all that time (so it was now cold). Wait, that's not the big problem though! Being busy and understaffed, I understand, though it was irritating... Anyway, we finally got our food and drove off to go park and eat somewhere with more space. So as we are sitting there eating our lukewarm food, I was chewing and felt something hard IN MY MOUTH. Perhaps it's a charred bit of burger? But the rest of my burger was uncharred.
It felt weird, so I turned on the overhead light in our truck and spit whatever it was into my hand. It was about an inch long, and was absolutely NOT part of my burger. I still had unchewed burger in my mouth as I tried to wrap my mind around what I was looking at. I told my husband, half joking "This char or whatever it is looks like rat poop." But then I held it up and looked closer, and I instantly spat my food out. I had to make sure though, so I pinched it in half. IT WAS 100% A RAT DROPPING. I gagged, my husband gagged, we spit everything out and threw it all away. Once I started spitting stuff out, I realized I could taste it. I could taste the poop.
Unfortunately the only thing I had to rinse my mouth with was my milkshake, which I didn't trust anymore either but had to make do with. We were so upset and grossed out that we just cut our outing short and went home so we could both disinfect our mouths with antiseptic mouthwash.
Today, I am having a hard time even typing all this be cause the memory makes me want to vomit. This location needs a health inspection, PRONTO. In the meantime, I highly recommend everyone steer clear. Is the poop in the meat? In the fixings? I have no idea, but it's not worth the risk of biting into poop just because I'm craving a burger. Not sure if I will ever crave one again.
