  Local, small town welcoming and great place to eat and big chain quality. Eat there quite often because of the people and big chain quality of the food and consistency every time

  the meat tasted funny like it was going bad, waited 20 mins behind a car that got a very small bag of food. this is the worst Arby's I have ever ate at. now I see why they have bad reviews and nobody is hardly ever eating there. also there grade was not posted at the drive thru window which I thought was odd too, I would hate to see what the grade is! we ordered 3 roast beef sandwiches all nasty, but the fries was ok. lady at the window was nice too but that all I have good to say about it

  This is the only Arby's in Henry County, Virginia. I came in to try the steak nuggets. They were good, but dry - better with that awesome honey bbq sauce. I also got a burger (which is a newer thing) and I thought it was strangely good! Service was average, while the store just looked outdated and sad.

  Didn't get correct food called 4 times no answer 5th time answered bt hung up called again no answer I understand mistakes happen we were just calling to say we got wrong food and can they have it cooked by the time we get there by nobody answered now we have to wait again for our food
