  I stopped here on my lunch break today, and sadly I will not be back. Was pulled forward to wait on my JBC and fries. Waited my whole break without food. When I went in, I got my food with no apology whatsoever. Food was ice cold so I'm not sure what I was waiting for??

  To be honest, it's the town of Marion, your not gonna find 5 star dining, BUT this place is one of my favorite restaurants, I have had so many wonderful memories growing up, from my great uncle taking me as a kid, to going with my best friends... That being said, I think it was the 4th of March I came in with my friends and I was having a really bad day, there was a really sweet lady working at the register (I think her name was Sammy) and she was the sweetest, her smile really made me feel better (although it was all I could do to hold my crying) but I haven't seen her there since to tell her Thank you, she really helped me more than she could know that day with her kind personality

  Service was really bad, I understand that they are understaffed but food was poorly prepared and took forever to get out to us. I would maybe understand a long wait time if the food was better. I don't really think I'll visit again.

  We have given this Wendy’s multiple chances but it doesn’t matter if all we order is 1 lousy Jr Bacon, they will inevitably leave off either the cheese, bacon, tomato, etc. No matter what, we always have to go in or go back thru the the drive thru to correct our order.

  Look, I get it, you get scored on how fast you get the orders out. However, if I do a mobile order and am the only person in line there's no need for me to be pulled up. Add to that the food being cold when I get it and I question why I was pulled up to begin with.
