  You dont jump on employees in front of customers! This was extremely unprofessional on other employees as well as the manager on duty. Then the young employee makes a face at customer and doesnt even apologize. Manager on duty was even rude. Way to run a business dealing with food and the public. Didn't even get the Frappe. No matter if they didn't have large cups for Frappes, could have offered them in another cup since items were already paid for. Didn't even offer Medium Frappes to the customer then refunded the difference.

  I just left this McDonald's. I used the restroom and the employee walked right out WITHOUT washing her hands!!!!! Hopefully she washed them in the kitchen sink... I just ordered a drink. YALL, the atmosphere is as if they don't want you inside. No one mans the register. They want you to use the filthy kiosks to order. No drink machines, condiments, or napkins, are available for dine in, nothing! And there is no color on the few bits of decor, its all plain pictures out of a blank coloring book. If you would like to order from the register you will be ignored as if you aren't even there. This place sucks!

  Service rating for indoor ordering. If you go in it is super hard to get someone to take your order and usually you're kind of forced to use the kiosk. There are never any employees behind the counter where you could order or ask for anything. The food is pretty good and in the drive-through the service is pretty quick especially for medium sized orders. Usually large they ask you to pull up to next window, but it doesn't really take long waiting.

  Ordered my food at 9:30pm waited 10 minutes on it had it brought out to me and came to work in Bristol, got here went to eat my burger opened the box and this is what I got. Does this look like a quarter pounder with extra onions? Called the store got no answer and had to leave a “voicemail”. Will be going to McDonald’s in the morning after I get off work to resolve this issue bc this is ridiculous. The picture you see is exactly the way everything was when I opened the box and lifted the top bun. This is unacceptable.

  I pulled up to the Right lane in the Drive thru because someone was already in the left lane. They finished taking that persons order and there was a long pause so I waited probably 3 minutes. Then another car pulled into the left lane and they also waited another minute or so. Then they started taking their order so I pulled to the windows to order. Then I was asked to park in the mobile pickup line where I waited an additional 10 minutes for my order. Biscuit and gravy is served without any utensils. Very Disfunctional.
