  Y’all wouldn’t give people what they pay for would you? Charging for sauce and not giving it is stupid. And would it hurt y’all to act like you care a little bit?

  One of the worst sonics I have ever experienced. Which says a lot because I’ve visited plenty of sonics over the states. You put in a mobile order hoping to avoid the wait times (any other sonic has a VERY short wait time either way) but you still end up sitting there for 20 minutes after checking in. Checking in through the app should make it to where you do not have to press the red button for service but after about 10 minutes you have to press it and say heyyyy I’m here…. I’ve already checked in. Just to wait another 10-15 minutes. DO NOT go here if you are on a time crunch or on a lunch break. Also when you let someone know the sonic blast machine isn’t working you should probably do it in a nicer tone and properly apologize and ask if there is anything you would like.. I took my money elsewhere. now don’t get me wrong there a couple nice ladies that work here and sometimes they just seem understaffed but this seems to be an owner issues to me. Be present and fix what’s going on. There are only so many Sonic’s in this area and we deserve a good one!
