But about twice a year I get a pizza that isn't really even edible. If you complain, they don't do anything about it (such as a free pizza). I understand that you can return it for free and have them make you a new one, but who would be stupid enough to take that risk of getting your food spit on? I also don't like that the men and women who have long hair and assemble your pizza do not wear hair nets; In my opinion, if your hat won't cover your hair, you should have to wear a hair net. Also customer service is about the same ratio of 99 out of 100 times it is great.
