As an employee and enjoyer of Charley’s I will say that I have never eaten at a place more than I have at Charley’s, the food is pricey but you get what you pay for. All the staff is super helpful and kind, always offered me rides to and from work on my hardest days. And as a customer me and my girlfriend have eaten there many times and while there can be a wait it is never the staffs fault unless they have messed up but even then they are trying their best. Much love to all the employees and yall do a great job!

Really friendly and fast service! I got the small cheesesteak. There was a double meat option but I think the ratio to bread meat and toppings was perfect. And only $8.75!

The food was good, for it being absolutely dead it did take a little bit of time. Things have changed but the food for the most part was still really good.

The staff was very friendly. My husband ordered the wings. They apologized that it would be 7 minutes for the wings. While we were waiting, they brought him 2 wings that were left from a previous cooking and apologized again. When they brought his wings, they apologized again and had added an extra wing because of the wait. He loved the wings. We will be back.

Blake, a young man that had a hat on behind the counter was as rude as they come to other customers and his co-workers. He has no professionalism. Food was fantastic but that young man has to learn how to communicate with customers and his co-workers. I actually had to ask the manager, which was fantastic, what his name was being that he had no name tag on. Charlie’s management, seems we are starving for leadership.
