  I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order from Subway. I ordered a Veggie Delite through the app, expecting a fresh, well-filled sandwich, but what I received was far from acceptable. The whole point of ordering a veggie sandwich is to get a good amount and variety of vegetables, yet my sandwich was nearly empty. There was barely any lettuce, and overall the filling was extremely minimal—honestly, it felt like I was just eating bread with a few scattered toppings. What made the situation more frustrating is that I placed the order through the app, so I didn’t get a chance to see how the sandwich was being made. By the time I got home and opened it, it was too late to have it corrected. It really felt like corners were cut simply because the order was placed online rather than in person. Consistency and quality control should not depend on how the order is placed. If anything, online orders should be held to the same standard as in-store ones. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding app orders at this location, as you may end up with a poorly made sandwich that doesn’t justify the cost. Overall, very underwhelming and not what I expected.

  We love this Subway and eat there for lunch often. Great service and always clean.

  Why is their customer service department non-existent!? I had a DoorDash driver not deliver my order and had placed the order via Subway’s website and this is day 2 of me trying to get a refund from either party. Both keep trying to avoid refunding me and keep placing the “burden” on the other. Ridiculous. On top of this, the lady at Subway clearly stated she had my order details on the system and refused to escalate my concern and said the supervisor/manager was “on vacation”, lol. Lesson learned: never order Subway online! Update: if these people refuse to cooperate, please please please make sure you dispute the transaction with your bank to ensure you get your money back!

  Honestly me and my hg had the munchies and this hit the spot. We mobile ordered 5 minutes before we came in, and our subs wrapped and ready for the undressing. The restaurant was spotless, and the 2 ladies working were SUPER nice.When we got home everything is PERFECT. It was still warm (were toasted girls) everything was the right proportions, and you can taste the sauce 🫶🏻 This hit the spot, and unlike every other place that forgets something or another, this place gets it right, and leaves you wanting more. Picture attatched 🫶🏻
