  Do not order from this location anymore will by my last time ordering from them called the store to check status of my order app tracker wasn’t working worker who picked up the phone hung up 3 times when I kept saying hello when he couldn’t hear me when when he finally was able to hear me he wanted to catch an attitude he said he couldn’t see my order I asked him does he want my order confirmation number then said “ no I see it now “

  A couple weeks ago we ordered a pizza and it took a while to get to us but we didn’t complain because things happen, no need to get upset. Well they ended up sending us a coupon for a free pizza so we used it and got a fresh hot pizza (and some bonus cheese sticks) on the house. I think that’s great customer service and a way to retain a customer. Thanks!

  What is it about these employees that wanna start a fight? This is not even the first time I’ve come to this Papa John’s and they just argue over nothing they refuse to give me my order even though I didn’t have a pizza bag. I don’t know what sense that makes.. like are they making a really bad joke that I can’t walk out for a food that I paid for without a pizza bag? I don’t understand. I’m

  The guy at the counter gave me a great discount because the call center that Papa John's uses tried to up charge me. Thanks to the gentleman who helped me get yummy pizza at a reasonable price!

  Do not patronize this Papa Johns whatever you do! No employee wears gloves and when I questioned this my order was voided and I was physically threatened if I did not leave the store.
