    This is for Panera's management, I am regular and today I ordered a salad for lunch today with Kalamata olives and one of these olives' pit was not removed. Almost broke my tooth. Please pay attention to this. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you

    7 minutes in line. Zero accountability. Unacceptable. Not one person from the back that looked at everyone in line even considered coming up and stating "hey, we acknowledge you and will be with you shortly". Just stares. Working on online orders. Tired of it. Tired of the new epidemic of online orders preceding in-person customers. ..I strongly dislike giving a one star review but my god is it deserved. Hello Chick Fil A

    Really been dropping the ball at this location. Last week they left out half my order when even though they checked it off on the receipt. Today I get home and there are quite literally 3 noodles in my bowl of chicken noodle soup and 5 small pltiny pieces of chicken. Called to get a refund and no one answers the phone. Was not during their stated busy times. Real disappointed ☹️

    I am a delivery driver for gigwork platforms such as DoorDash, GrubHub and Uber Eats. I am very frustrated by the way delivery drivers are treated at restaurants with drive through customer service. All I want is to be treated with the same respect as all of your other customers. When I visited your drive through today to pick up an order for my client, I was told I need to come inside to pick up my order. I have absolutely no problem with this if all your other customers get the same treatment. I understand if it is a larger order or a catering order but this is for exactly the same type of order all you other drive through and mobile order customers place all day long. They can drive up and place a new order and it is ready when they get to the window. I drive up and let you know I have arrived to pick up an order for my client and am told I need to wait inside. It doesn't take any longer to make my order than the guy in front of me in the line. It doesn't take you any longer to pass it to me through the window than it does over the counter. How dare you treat my order like I am some kind of lower class human being and then have your team spout the company line to me.... "sorry, you have to come inside to get your order. It is company policy." WHY? My order is no bigger and no more complicated than all the customers you treat with respect. I will not be picking up any future orders from your restaurant and I will tell the world why they should take their business elsewhere until someone can apologize to me and convince me I will be treated fairly by your establishment. This feels like we are stepping back 50 or 60 years and treating the "help" like I should be sitting in the back of the bus or using the back door to pick up my order so all the finer class people do not need to dirty their eyes by looking at me. I hope everyone else reading this can have the courage to make their voices known for simple human decency and fair treatment for all. I am tired and frustrated. I work hard for my money and there never seems to be enough. It makes me angry to be disrespected like this over and over and I say enough. Have a good evening.
