  It’s not a good place to visit manager her name is Sonia. She didn’t know how to deal with the Customer. I ordered something and she didn’t give me something else and when I go there, she couldn’t understand me not recommended and waited too long to get my order. My kids were starving. Very bad communication not professional with the customer.

  Extremely disappointing experience at this location. The level of customer service was unacceptable, and the staff showed a consistently rude and unprofessional attitude. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but that was clearly lacking here. This was not just a minor issue—it reflects a deeper problem with how customers are handled at this store. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects respectful and professional service.

  I guess kiosk only is normal after 9:00 p.m. or so, but it still feels a little creepy. Food was okay

  Every time I go to this location they have you pull ahead and wait then bring you your bags and walk away. You get home and find items missing. I know it's my fault for driving away but how can you be so dumb you can't fill the order correctly?

  I got a caramel frappe large this morning and when I got to work to drink it I immediately had to spit it out. The frappe was spoiled and tasted horrible I was very disappointed!! Please do better!!!
