  I'm getting fed up with the McDonald's franchise especially when they come out with these adult happy meals I've went to 4 different locations 2 in MD and 2 in VA and my son got the same set of cards every time

  Orders are consistently messed up, the taste and texture of the food changes depending on the employees, and the atmosphere is terrible. It feels unsafe.

  If I could rate it a zero I would because it was very unprofessional the young lady didn’t even let me finish ordering and was very disrespectful , asked for a hot chocolate and got coffee with whipped cream instead. The list goes on I hope we were the only ones who experienced this very bad service.

  Worst McDonalds Ever!!!!! I use the app often, but this location is never able to accept the code! The food is either cold, old or undercooked. There is always and I mean ALWAYS an item missing out of my order. I went through the drive thru less than 15 minutes ago and 1 of the 2 items that I ordered was missing. The first window person wanted to charge me for someone else’s order, the second window person tried to hand me someone else’s iced coffee. I said nope not my order and old the worker the 2 items that I ordered. I was handed a bag and was given have a nice day. I’m happy the worker was polite, but he looked in the bag and still only handed me 1 and only 1 item of the 2 items order. As only 1 of the items was for myself( which I did not get) I’m extremely frustrated with this location and I do not have time to go back for either the food or money because they cannot get the job done correctly. So now I’m going to have to spend more money to get an oatmeal from somewhere else to be delivered as I was headed to work.

  I come here almost every day. Literally every time I order it is wrong. Every time I have to correct my order they give me way too much attitude. Burger made improperly. Missing nuggets. Charging me for items and not putting them in the bag. How does this place stay in business. How hard is it to give someone the correct order just one darn time?!?!
