I’ve noticed situations where refunds are processed but the money does not appear to be returned properly to the customer’s account. During one visit with my children, a manager was using inappropriate and offensive language in front of customers, which was unacceptable. The same manager individual appeared visibly angry and spoke in a rude and disrespectful tone. Overall, the environment felt unwelcoming, and the quality of the donuts was also disappointing, as they did not seem fresh. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this establishment to others. Not worth it. I promise. Krispy Kreme is not how it used to be because of how it’s managed

These were definitely Day 1+ old donuts that were pretty firm amd dry vs soft and moist. I suspect these were specifically given to us because of the manner in which the order was placed. Very disappointed.
