  First and foremost, I acknowledge that perfection is an elusive standard. However, this team consistently approaches it. While there was an initial error with my online order, they promptly and effectively rectified the situation. I attempted to offer a gratuity to the delivery personnel, but unfortunately, I was unable to locate any suitable currency. I extend my apologies for this oversight. Despite my concern, the delivery individual, who was exceptionally courteous, assured me that it was not an issue. Consequently, my interactions have been overwhelmingly positive, approximately 99% of the time.

  I’ve been using their pharmacy for a long time and they’re normally really nice and helpful even when there’s a long wait. However, lately they do NOT answer the phone. They let it ring for several minutes, then pick up and immediately place you on hold without announcing it or saying hello. Then they just keep you on hold until you get tired of it and hang up. I’m assuming they’re only picking up and placing you on hold so that they don’t need to hear the ringing. Pretty ridiculous. If the pharmacy is busy, management needs to hire more staff. If not, some better training should be put in place.
