Sometimes it's a minor issue like no napkins or the wrong sauce. If I'm going to do fast food, at least make it convenient by not forgetting things or messing it up. I get the employees are just unskilled low pay labor, but as a customer I expect better. Skip this and pick one of the hundreds of other restaurants nearby. Minus one star for having to get out of my car in the drive thru. Minus another star because it's not like Wendy's is even good for you.
