- JJJimmieDec 24, 20251.0I am giving a one star overall rating because this store often has a very stinky odor. When you walk in, the bad smell hits ya. If it were not for the bad smell, I would give the place a 4 or 5 star rating for the food and service. Please fix the stink.

Keep in mind that my dietary tastes lean toward meat cooked with fire, so there's nothing that attracts me to a place called "Tropical Smoothie Cafe." But my experience was positive. Mid-afternoon on a Sunday, nobody in the store. I was immediately greeted by two young girls with friendly smiles. My order was taken and prepared immediately. I took the time to look around - the place was bright and clean, maybe the floor could have used a quick sweep but it was just a little foot traffic debris, it wasn't dirty. My order was brought to me at the table where I was waiting, with a straw and a smile. My wife says the smoothie was delicious. I'm sure she will send me back, she's undergoing chemotherapy and sometimes food wins are hard to find. I might even try something myself next time.
