  Their chicken slaps!! Great crisp on the skin and meat is so fresh and juicy. The waffle was very light and just sweet enough. Loved it. Only thing is I wish they had a soda fountain. They sold bottled Coke which is fine but I really would’ve loved some ice. Their fries were perfect!!!

  I ordered a 20 peice with 4 sides that included 2 mac and cheese, fries and coleslaw for my family of 4. We ate on the chicken for 2 days. Warm it up in the air fryer and it's still crunchy. The chicken was so good and the sauce almost reminded me of home (Chicago). The sides were really good especially the mac and cheese ( soo creamy and the crust was amazing). The coleslaw was average but all in a all a food meal for a good price.

  Alex always greets me with a genuine, friendly smile that makes me feel welcome every time I visit. The food is delicious, and the customer service is consistently excellent. Southern Chicken & Waffles has become one of my favorite local spots — great food, great people, and great vibes!

  Hello, I walked into your Manassas location and just sat there...waiting for anyone to help me... I had plans on buying my entire team food and easily would have been a very large order...l have 40+ techs who are always hungry. As I sat there waiting for anyone to take my order I found someone working in the back ...they just point to some kind of touch screen...no hello or welcome no nothing from anyone in the store.....then you want me to use a touch screen to order!? not sure if you guys are human beings anymore who own these stores but people need to interact..with each other when proving any level of service to their customer base.....I left and walked out...and even explained to them why I wasn't going to spend a couple hundred bucks here due to the poor service.. they just sat in the back...you lost a solid paying customer for life ..there are ten million chicken places these days...yours is no longer on my list and I'm going to tell everyone I know about it...I gave them a chance to take my order ..sounds like this place is short lived the franchise owner should be the actual one in there working as they are killing your corporate business to put it lightly.
