  I ordered 2 breadsticks (cheesy and garlic) and the chicken Alfredo pasta. The breadsticks were honestly disappointing. The bottom smelled sour, almost like vinegar, and they tasted the same way. Fresh bread should not taste sour like that. It made me question how fresh the dough was. The chicken Alfredo pasta had almost no flavor. It tasted like plain, wet, cheesy pasta with no seasoning. Very bland and not what I expected at all. Overall, this order did not meet basic quality expectations. I hope this location pays more attention to freshness and seasoning.

  This location is fantastic! Of all the others I have ordered from, this one doesn’t overcook, toppings are generous and it’s freshly made. It’s the one my son always asks for even though we live an hour away.

  TLDR: careless/disinterested service, and $2.99 blind charge for tap water. Y’all, I REALLY wanted to like this place. I’m a lifelong Pizza Hut devotee. I dined in with 2 of my kids today hoping to pass on the warm nostalgic vibes of my childhood. Big mistake. DO NOT DINE IN. You have been warned. Here’s the breakdown: Food: good! It’s Pizza Hut. The food was as expected! The only saving grace of the evening. Menu issues: Menus have no prices. Was told of a $3 personal pan pizza special but was charged $8.18. Was charged $3 for each TAP WATER - no conversations or warnings up front (and of course not mentioned on the menu). I asked the water charge be removed. They refused. Service: atrocious. They brought our basket of wings but no plates, no silverware, no napkins, no drinks (the aforementioned waters) until AFTER we finished eating the wings. Seemed like the server was trying to avoid us. Couldn’t get her attention as she just stayed in the back. Never once asked us for refills or if we needed anything. She only had 1-2 other tables. I had to take it upon myself to grab the salad bar bowls as our “plates” for the wings. They brought another table an uncut pizza (for dine-in) and when they asked that it be cut, the server said that “they don’t cut the pizzas.” I overheard this and was equally as astonished as these patrons. They did end up cutting after some insistence. In summary - they only ever brought us anything if explicitly asked. Was perhaps the worst restaurant service I have ever received especially considering there were only 2 other groups (couples) in the restaurant. On the water charge, which really irked me because I thought it was a sneaky thing they hoped we’d overlook - I noticed the charge ($2.99 each for the 3 of us - so $8.97 - they rung it up as soft drinks…). I questioned it and asked it be removed. The manager came out and resolutely refused and said there was no way she could remove the charge. Chat, you’ve been forewarned. I may never dine in at a Pizza Hut ever again and certainly never again at this location.

  The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and respectful. However, the ventilation inside is poor; there was a strong smell of oil, and the place lacks natural ventilation.

  Unfortunately their buffet is always non existent and or has old food if any food. The management is nonexistent and poorly managed. The place is dirty and smells horrible. I have given this place 4 shots for success and every time it gets worse! Stay away at all costs. Zero stars if I could.
