  I alway order for delivery. Couple time I order 2+ extra ranch dressings and I never get my ranch. Very desappoimtment!!!

  Terrible service! I ordered a medium pizza, which was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the Manassas Shoppers Square store 20 minutes later than expected, and it still hasn't arrived. I placed the order through the app. This is not a good image for such a famous pizza brand. There are other people waiting for their orders, and they aren't receiving them either. This is at 8:11 PM on February 14, 2026.

  Terrible service. The people who work there are neither professional nor responsible. I ordered four personal pizzas, went to the place, paid, and wasted my time waiting, only to find out they hadn't even made my order... and saying "I'm sorry" is apparently enough for them.If you don't want to waste your time, don't visit this Pizza Hut. Try Papa John's or Domino's instead; they're probably more professional.

  Tried to buy a surprise bag from this app on the app TooGoodToGo and was told after driving there that they don't offer TooGoodToGo bags. Several weeks later this store is still listed on the app. No way to contact the store through TooGoodToGo, so I'm leaving a review here.

  Fui a comprar a la pizza hut que está en el shopper square de Manassas y dentro de esa tienda se siente un olor horrible a liquido como ácido en toda la tienda y en mi pizza se sentía ese mal olor, fue fea mi experiencia porque además de eso observe a una mujer amargada de nombre Alma ya que así le mencionaron el nombre que trata mal al personal al parecer es manager de ese lugar, por eso mismo ya no seguiré yendo a esa tienda porque incómoda ver esa actitud de parte de personas supuestamente profesionales.
