  I have eaten here before and the broth is ok. The restaurant is clean and well organized. Today there was a foul sewer or sulphur kind of smell The condiment bottles were visibly dirty. I ordered the #1 pho soup that was described on the menu as all the meats. There was almost no meat in the bowl and the broth was bland and not very hot. There was a massive wad of tripe right on top and minuscule about of meat which included about 2 very small shavings of brisket 1/4 of a meatball. I hade one bite of noodles and broth and decided i would just ask them to please take it off of the bill. We asked for water when we ordered and never got it until we asked when they brought out our soup.About 5 minutes later they brought out 2 cups of tepid water with melted ice. No one ever checked on us and I could see food runners servers and another guy that I believe is the owner walking past and looking at me with my hands in my lap not eating my soup. No none even seems to care I finally git up and went to the bar to find someone to get the check and to see about taking my soup off of the bill. They eventually agreed to take the soup off. I doubt Ill ever go there again. They are a very busy place I guess they dont need to offer good service.

  This was a to go order. It was really cold and blustery outside and I was craving some hot pho. Pho Sapa did not fail. The broth tasted good and the portion was spot on for a large bowl.
