- PFParis FouserNov 19, 20252.0Genuinely, it was a misunderstanding but I guess me standing there for 3-5 minutes in silence while making eye contact with two of the employees, wasn’t hint enough that I didn’t hear you ask me “Hi, how are you doing? How can we help you?” After standing there, having not heard anyone, I let them know sternly that I was there to pick-up an order, as I was frustrated and confused that I hadn’t been helped yet. Only for one employee to say “I asked you earlier, how we could help you.” I then said “oh, you did? I’m here to pick up an order.” I was then handed my order and I left. Just saying, no one stands inside of Papa John’s for free heating (y’all were wearing hoodies, so it was chilly in there anyways). Either you’re there to order or pick-up, next time just ask again. Thanks
