And when I asked if he handed the bag to someone he stopped answering and texting. I called Panera and spoke w the manager on duty and she was so kind and advised that I call door dash since the deliver the food. I did as that lady was kind as well and they called Panera and got a new order out to me quickly. Thank you!!!

They had different coffee options but like others commented their coffee gets easily cold. But they had milk, creamers and the works. I went down one star because of customer service
