As a Hispanic customer, I understood everything they were saying, and the language they used was completely unacceptable for a workplace, especially in front of customers. This level of unprofessional behavior made the entire visit uncomfortable and reflects poorly on the management of this location. I hope they take action to improve their customer service and the way employees communicate with each other.
