- AMAmber MooreNov 5, 20252.0I’ve been using their pharmacy for a long time and they’re normally really nice and helpful even when there’s a long wait. However, lately they do NOT answer the phone. They let it ring for several minutes, then pick up and immediately place you on hold without announcing it or saying hello. Then they just keep you on hold until you get tired of it and hang up. I’m assuming they’re only picking up and placing you on hold so that they don’t need to hear the ringing. Pretty ridiculous. If the pharmacy is busy, management needs to hire more staff. If not, some better training should be put in place.
