I attempted to offer a gratuity to the delivery personnel, but unfortunately, I was unable to locate any suitable currency. I extend my apologies for this oversight. Despite my concern, the delivery individual, who was exceptionally courteous, assured me that it was not an issue. Consequently, my interactions have been overwhelmingly positive, approximately 99% of the time.

They let it ring for several minutes, then pick up and immediately place you on hold without announcing it or saying hello. Then they just keep you on hold until you get tired of it and hang up. I’m assuming they’re only picking up and placing you on hold so that they don’t need to hear the ringing. Pretty ridiculous. If the pharmacy is busy, management needs to hire more staff. If not, some better training should be put in place.
