- MBMisty BJan 5, 20261.0I went thru the drive thru for a mobile pick up. The employees said absolutely nothing to me when they handed me the order. The iced coffee tasted like watery syrup and the sandwiches were burnt (I could literally smell the burning as I was sitting in my car at the window, so they definitely knew they messed up). They weren't busy at all and my order was so simple, so there really was no excuse.

One of them walked by us multiple times and didn’t acknowledge us, ask us to wait a moment. We were completely ignored resulting in us leaving without placing an order. Starbucks would never!
