- LDLindsey DaughertyJan 29, 20261.0On Thursday, January 29, I brought a bunch of young girls anxious and eager to get donuts for their sleepover that night. We arrived at 8:48, with 12 minutes until the place closed. We pulled up and parked, and the doors were locked. So we knocked on the doors. There were two young ladies working there, and they both saw us and they completely ignored us. I have worked retail for many years, and even if I were to lock up the store early, I would always let customers in and accommodate them until the actual closing time. My daughters were heartbroken tonight as we watched these two ladies just laugh and ignore us while we continue to knock on the windows with 12 minutes left until closing time. Very rude and unprofessional… We will not be using this Dunkin location any longer. Please speak to these young ladies about being better employees in the future. You just cost yourself some customers.

The iced coffee tasted like watery syrup and the sandwiches were burnt (I could literally smell the burning as I was sitting in my car at the window, so they definitely knew they messed up). They weren't busy at all and my order was so simple, so there really was no excuse.

One of them walked by us multiple times and didn’t acknowledge us, ask us to wait a moment. We were completely ignored resulting in us leaving without placing an order. Starbucks would never!
