Went to another location and it was no problem. Researched the website and could find no such policy. So a customer has been lost.

Customer service matters, especially in the morning, and I hope this location can improve moving forward.

I made the mistake of not specifying “decaf” as I usually do…after apologizing to the kind young man taking my order and telling them I meant decaf and I was so sorry , I get the biggest eye roll from manager Laura. I understand the inconvenience, truly, that’s why I apologized. But the way she eye rolled herself away from the window, I don’t see how she got manager position.
