I usually don’t take the time to post negative reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin’ location today left me disappointed. I placed a mobile order for a refresher. The app does not provide an option for “no ice,” so when I arrived at the store, I politely asked the associate if he could make it with no ice. This is a very small request, and something I deal with regularly in my own job at a convenience store—so I know it’s not a big deal. Instead, the employee made it an issue and insisted that changes had to be done through the app. I explained that the app doesn’t allow that option. While he eventually gave me the drink with no ice, his attitude throughout the interaction was rude and unnecessary. I visit Dunkin’ locations almost every week and have never had an issue like this before. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this particular location. I don’t know the employee’s name, but the male associate working the mobile order station on February 9 around 3 PM could really use additional training on customer service and communication.

Altercation with staff over bathroom use. Not the first time this happens when I visit this location as a paying customer. Last time visiting this location
