  Save yourself the headache and just go to the drive-thru and not order via the mobile app because your stuff will not be ready 30 minutes after you get there

  First time at this location, and so disappointed. I did a mobile order. When I arrived only 1 was waiting. But afterwards more people starting to come in to order, and everyone who came after me left with their order and I was there still waiting for mine. Waited more than 30 minutes for my order! Also, I ordered 2 orange juice and 1 cranberry. I told the guy I was missing 1 cranberry juice and he went to ask two other people and come to say “ we don’t have that” and was ready to walk away! like excuse me, if you don’t have it the right response should’ve been to offer something else! They are extremely slow, no customer service! Nobody greets you, or talks to you. They just put the food and drinks down without announcing the names! They have to do better!
