Little do they know I’m Dominican and I speak Spanish. If you’re going to charge me it’s not about how much but having the respect to tell the consumer, the one who is paying. It’s not about the up charge for a side of corn, it’s the fact that this is the only location that sneaks it in when they aren’t supposed to do that unless it’s protein. You work at CHIPOTLE, the least you can do is have decent customer service. When k confronted them that I knew what she said her excuse was that her cashier speaks spanish but then tells me my total in English, proceeding to say you look spanish. So which one is it? You thought you were going to say it in a different language and someone not understand you. I purposely don’t speak Spanish when I come in to see if they talk about you for wanting your choices and in all the locations I go to, this one is consistent with the 1-2 times a year I don’t care enough to drive 10 minutes farther to another location. Never again, I’ll just drive farther for better service and fresher food at a location in a busier area.
