  Great place to have a meal, with a variety of foods, delicious food and amazing customer service. As their food was made quickly.

  Had never been to a Charleys before, so while at the mall we stopped to eat. Wasn't super excited about eating here after the experience. Some of the staff seemed to not know what they were doing or had problems with the English language, which lead to problems of getting the orders to the right customers. The value of the food could have been better. A little more meat on the sandwich for the price. The French fries are just basic ,nothing to brag about. Reminded me of store bought frozen fries. The upside sides was the soda selection, I could get a rare find. Pibb and the food was served hot, once every figured out which was there order. Thank to the nervous smiling worker that the counter
