  The Staff there are completely rude and cannot listen correctly. I tried to order, I was rushed and didn’t even complete my order. When I got to the window I politely asked if I could add to my order and they were really rude. Whenever I go they also never ever add the sauce that I paid for. I didn’t get the food nor sauce I wanted. This is completely unprofessional.

  The Staff were kind enough, I ordered a cup of whipped cream for my son with profound autism. Whip cream is his safe But they would not give it to me. I even asked if I could buy a drink With whip cream too and apparently. A child with profound with autism might not eat tonight.

  Went thru the drive thru at 8pm on 3/3/26. Ordered a quarter pounder and fries. When I got to my hotel, burger was raw and bun hard as a brick. Worst McDonalds ive ever been too.

  Hello McDonalds AI. Worst service ever. I don't expect much from a Susdewitt Enterprises run McDonalds, but this one is truly bottom of the barrel. Stopped in at 11:45 2/28/2026. Ordered at the kiosk. Kiosk didn’t print a receipt. Assume it was out of paper. There were 6 people inside waiting on orders. There were no napkins. I left after 20 minutes of waiting and no food. There were then 10 people waiting on orders. They got my $8 and I got no food. Good job Susdewitt Enterprises.
