  The Staff were kind enough, I ordered a cup of whipped cream for my son with profound autism. Whip cream is his safe But they would not give it to me. I even asked if I could buy a drink With whip cream too and apparently. A child with profound with autism might not eat tonight.

  Went thru the drive thru at 8pm on 3/3/26. Ordered a quarter pounder and fries. When I got to my hotel, burger was raw and bun hard as a brick. Worst McDonalds ive ever been too.

  Hello McDonalds AI. Worst service ever. I don't expect much from a Susdewitt Enterprises run McDonalds, but this one is truly bottom of the barrel. Stopped in at 11:45 2/28/2026. Ordered at the kiosk. Kiosk didn’t print a receipt. Assume it was out of paper. There were 6 people inside waiting on orders. There were no napkins. I left after 20 minutes of waiting and no food. There were then 10 people waiting on orders. They got my $8 and I got no food. Good job Susdewitt Enterprises.

  Literally the slowest McDonald’s in Virginia. If McDonald’s has a brain, they will get rid of every single employee that works here and completely change The staff. McDonald’s should be ashamed They were not even busy and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a happy meal.

  We stopped here while traveling and I must say I've never been to a worse run McDonalds.Lines backed up in teh drive through so we went inside. Slow service , I asked for ketchup and the woman just looked at me and walked away !!! One of the ladies working in the back had braids all the way down her back not tied up and was waving her head all around . They were actually in the front on her body at times whle she was boxing fries and bagging up orders . So disgusting . I have picture proof if anyone wants it .
