    I ordered chicken strip meal and an order of pretzels the food was awful taste like burnt grease ant it was cold gravy was awful.. I don’t know about you but 17.10 dollars is hard to earn..I will never eat there again it’s trash can again my second try

    Everything is always fresh and hot! It takes a little time to get your order but that's because it's cooked to order the food isn't just sitting around! Everyone is pleasant to deal with! Thank you everyone for all your hard work 👍

    The ice cream machine was broken, also they have in the past given me the wrong order and said after the fact "oh well we ran out of this so we just gave you that" and it was not even close to what i ordered and they should have told me when i ordered instead of after they gave me it. Also they forgot to flip my blizzard. Also a lot of stuff is over priced.

    I asked for a number one without onions. I HATE ONIONS. they said they'd remake it. I waited. They didn't remake it, all they did was rake the onions off and bring me the same sandwich. I could still taste the onions. DONT LIE TO THE CUSTOMER AND SAY YOURE GONNA REMAKE IT IF YOU'RE NOT GONNA REMAKE IT. I HATE A LIAR MORE THAN I HATE ONIONS !!!!

    I recently had experience tonight with no one at the cashiers line or online order line I walked in another customer was behind me I walked to the online order pickup the other guy walked to the cash register the girl behind the counter was busy she went straight to the guy at the cash register first and then another guy that was in the restaurant decided to come up and get something else so she waited on him amongst doing other things as well so I was late picking my order up your employees suck at customer service they need to focus and pay more attention if you expect to keep customers
