  The lady inside took forever to make my order and started making jokes about how she spit in my smoothie and preceded to flip my off and make inappropriate gestures to me and my kids when I said she was acting immature and that it wasn’t funny to suggest something so gross when I’m trying to enjoy and outing with my kids.

  Decided to eat here again after months due to bad food items. I go today, I got a turkey bacon ranch asked for no tomatoes. Get back to my office and it had tomatoes and now I can’t eat it because I’m allergic 😭 smoothie also full of ice. Also upcharged for a cookie I ordered, guess what I didn’t get🤦🏼‍♀️I see the staff is trying their best. But I think I’m done with this TS for a long time.

  I ordered a açaí bowl with Nutella no blueberries no granola and of course blueberries were still put in my bowl! I was told from the employee that made my bowl that she had to put the Nutella at the bottom instead of top. So I just said okay and walked out mainly cause I didn’t want make big deal about it. Even though she could've acknowledged the blueberries and offered to make it over with the drizzle on top!!! While eating the bowl the AÇAÍ was frozen very much so that the Nutella was clumped up in big pieces making it hard to enjoy. And I literally just had the exact same açaí bowl in Charlottesville leaving UVA the day before and it was made perfect with Nutella drizzle on top like it should be and cold yes but not frozen!! I eat at smoothie king a lot due to my diet and unfortunately I live up street from the Timberlake rd location but I will drive to old forest rd just to get good quality!! But I do want to say the employees were nice I just wish they’d had better quality in fixing the food and give the customer what they want if they see they are not satisfied. Lastly the computer system was down that day so I was forced to order via door dash paying a higher price as well just not good day at all going there!!!

  Gentry and staff were amazing. The service was quick, the food was hot and the smoothies were delicious. These guys were so kind that I was taken aback as we all know the service e we received as consumers has diminished. Go to tropical Smoothie on Timberlake Rd. They get 5 stars across the board!

  Thank you to the owner and new manager for this awesome lunch! The smoothie was a Pomegranet Plunge, add blueberry, and this time it was as expected! I learned that I need to be specific about adding 2 or more scoops of the blueberries to get it how I have had it at other locations in other states! The Santa Fe Dilla was really delicious, good flavor and mix of ingredients! I am grateful to have been given the chance to try again! Wonderful team work and ownership of the situation! Thanks to everyone who helped make this good! In the pics I included my original review and a snippet of the owner's reply reaching out to get me the smoothie I thought I was paying for! That's great customer service! Shout out to the staff who showed up to work and were managing lunch rush with half staff!
