  What’s the point of asking for extra Canadian bacon and mushrooms and paying extra but still get the typical few scattered toppings?!! AND all the toppings in the center rather than across the whole pie????

  I ordered 8 wings, they only gave me 6. The cheesesticks I ordered was cold.

  A DoorDash order from Papa Johns was delivered to my doorstep on March 7th. This order does not belong to me. I have called the store multiple times, and each time I was told someone would come pick up the pizzas, even though I was told it is not normally their policy. Unfortunately, no one has come to retrieve them, and we will not be home for at least another three weeks. As you can see from the photo, the pizzas have already begun to create a mess, and animals will soon start getting into them. I am simply asking that someone follow through on what was promised and remove the pizzas from my property. Once this situation is resolved, I will be happy to remove this negative review. Thank you.

  Ordered and paid for order before store opened. Asked for delivery an hour after the store opened. Typed in specific delivery instructions because there’s an upstairs and downstairs here. Papa Tracker kept saying come back for live map after it said my order was on the way. Then it said delivered. I waited for my order and it never came to my door. After about 15 minutes, the people upstairs said they heard banging at their door to come outside and find my order sitting in front of their door. I called the store and the manager said the drivers are trained to go to the main door and I said it’s a door on the bottom and up the stairs. She also said she printed the ticket and there was no delivery instructions on the ticket smh. She said was there anything wrong with the order and I said yeah, it’s cold from being delivered without my knowledge. She had this well you got your food type of attitude and I said it’s ok I’ll contact corporate and she laughed and hung up the phone smh. Customer service was unprofessional and delivery driver didn’t care. Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings barely had Garlic Parmesan on them and Pizza had a big burnt bubble on it. Beware of this store because their customer service skills is horrible. Yeah I said it!!!

  If you like Papa John's, this is my favorite in the area as it usually has better pies, and the employees do a good job even at the end of the night. As far as atmosphere: it's a Papa John's. I think we can agree that is not what the chain is known for.
