  i never know what to expect here, the food changes every time. i get either the greek goddess avocado toast, asiago bagel, or a greek salad. the toppings change every time i go, i never know what’s actually right. bagels are always burnt, and the toast was an absolute mess. on top of that, it takes 15 minutes in the line when ONE person is in front of me, and they’re definitely not understaffed in there. 🤦🏼‍♀️

  Under horrible management nothing ready for customer don’t communicate that some things aren’t on menu anymore don’t want to put more bagels in seem like they rushing to get off

  Came to window to pickup order, because the parking lot was full, they refused to give the order and said we had to come inside. There was no parking. The staff here can be difficult and set the parking lot up for a very dangerous situation to happen because of situations like this, where they have you parking all kinds of places just to come in to get an order they could have easily handed through the window after waiting in line for 15 minutes already. Came here almost everyday, won't be back. Took 30 minutes to get a pastry and a drink after driving around another 15 to find a spot. Don't even bother with this place, they will waste your time, will be rude, and will be extremely inconsiderate. Can tell how little they care too, look at the reviews, do you see an owner or manager caring about these reviews? Shows why this place took 30 minutes to get 3 small items, lack of care.

  I recently began studying at this Panera location and I am in utter disbelief. The service here, as well as the food, are excellent. A young man named Dre has caught my attention and I thought I would give him some praise on this review. He remembered me from my first visit and made a concerted effort to go out of his way and greet me. Thank you for your service Dre, and thank you Panera for your welcoming environment.
