We called non emergency to secure your building and waited over an hour making sure noone accessed the building. trashed it or robbed you. Our repayment was three trips to your store asking for a refund (we had to wait for a manager to come in to process one) for food we never received. Then they didnt process the refund correctly so we are 5 days later and still no refund. Process the refund please. my politeness will wear off on the forth trip.

Never got my food called and called and then went over there to get a reimbursement and was told they could remake the food even though they never made it to begin with because the employees walked out and left the doors unlocked. Now I have to wait for the manager to get into the building one day this week so that I can go again and try to get my money back..

We promptly called and the lady apologized and immediately took care of the missing item. We had not been given initially. Additionally, she was very apologetic and offered to make a milkshake for my son to make it right for us… Needless to say she went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Kudos she created a great review when it could’ve gone the complete opposite way
