This is by far the worst Wendy’s in this town. I’ve gotten a correct order made a handful of times, most of the staff are rude, the speaker box at the drive through is so old that you basically have to yell to be heard. It’s a shame, because when they take the time to make the food right it’s pretty good.

Lady at the drive through didnt take our whole order before telling us to pull around. When we got there we asked to add a potato, the lady never verbally responded, instead she just shook her head "no". We asked if they had potatoes at all to which she just shook "no" again. When we thanked her for our food she paid no mind. We went inside and lo' and behold, they did in fact have potatoes. We mentioned the attitude of the employee but we got no response. At no point did we make a scene or anything. We were polite and thanked them. But where is the baseline customer service? At least use your words. Why lie about your stock? Just so disappointing... :/

Ordered at the drive thru and the lady working the mic and window assumed I was done ordering and told me to pull up to the window. When i got there and tried to finish my order. I asked for their potato item and she said they didn't have it and gave me some attitude. I parked, went inside and ordered it there and they suddenly produced more potatoes.

We were disappointed that our cashier at the window didn’t communicate, had no energy, and then handed over melted frosties for full price. When we questioned why they were so liquidy, she then explained that the machine wasn’t working. We ended up having to request a refund, and it was made out as an inconvenience, with no apology for us not being told that the product we had requested and paid for was defective.
