- JTJanice Tyree5 days ago3.0Service wasnt great! Said they had no coin change. Our food came to $22.02 they wanted to give us two dollars back. So my bf went to the car to get 2¢ they wanted to keep 98¢ wow! Everyone who comes in that way for how long? Food was cold. Except chili. Wasn't offered crackers or sauce with that. Didn't get fries with one meal. Said they were cooking would bring them out. Never did. Poor service. Felt like was being cheated every way possible. Drinks were out in lobby except for about four flavors in each machine. They acted like serving customers wasn't a priority.

When I asked them to remake it, the lady responded "you wanted it fresh?" As if that should be a question. She told me there would be a wait, which is fine. Then sent someone out 30 seconds later with the same burger, only microwaved, with the tomato replaced and lettuce added. Go to the location on Wards, or spend your time and money at McDonald's.
