I personally never have issues with the service, they get the order right and they give me what I need and that's all that matters. I've found that it helps to treat the employees like actual human beings, with respect and then you won't deal with employees being rude like people are claiming. Be patient to these people guys, and more importantly be grateful for their service because they do far better than other places.

Don't tell me that your printer chose carryout unless you're looking to fix that. I don't understand why somebody would take time out of their day to say well. Mine doesn't say that instead of oh. Let me see and then compare with what I did to try to fix what's wrong with your store.
